The availability estimate on each item's product detail page refers only to how long it will take us to acquire the item after you place your order. It does not include the time your order will take to reach you after we ship it. Shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose.

We'll estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear on the order form.

The following is a list of the several types of availability estimates you might see for items in our stores.

• In Stock. Usually ships in 24 hours: We expect to be able to prepare this in-stock item for shipment within 24 hours of your order.


• Sorry, this item is sold out: This item is currently unavailable for ordering. In some cases, if we have reason to believe we'll be receiving more inventory of this item, you can give us your e-mail address, and we'll notify you when the item once again is available to order.


• Pre-Order: This item is not available yet but is expected to arrive in stock on the date listed. This date is always subject to change. You can reserve yours now and have it shipped when it becomes available. Pre-orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. If you pay directly by Visa or MasterCard your credit card is not billed until your order ships. Payments submitted through Paypal will be processed immediately. While every effort is made to fill pre-orders they are not guaranteed


• Special Order. Usually ships in 1 to 2 weeks: We don't have this item in stock but we have confirmed that it is available from the distributor. When a special order is placed we in turn place the order with our distributor and ship the item out to you as soon as it arrives.

Please note that listed availability might not apply for multiple items. We'll inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable.

To save on shipping charges your order will be held until all items are available to ship. If you would prefer your items shipped seperately we recommend you place seperate orders or contact our Customer Service department
