Ordering Cancellations

You may cancel items from an order at any time up until it is processed for shipment. Contact Client Services to make these changes. Please include your Order Number and the item or items you wish to cancel in your email.

Please note: Orders for in-stock items may begin processing almost immediately after the order is placed and may not be able to be cancelled. In those situations please refer to our Returns Policy.
