Placing an order at GoldenAgeToys.com is easy. There's no need to create an account first. You'll do that while placing your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by telephone, fax, or e-mail. All orders must be placed online.)

Find Items

First, you'll need to browse or search for the items you'd like to order. Keyword Search boxes are located on nearly every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here, you'll find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our distribution centre.

Add Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the Add to Shopping Cart button on the right side of the product detail page. Use the "Return Shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart link at the top of every page of our Web site.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "Remove" button next to the item. The item will be deleted from your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "Shopping Cart: Content" section, click the "Checkout&Quot; button. You'll be taken to the first page of the order form.

Express Checkout

If you are in a hurry and don't want to create a User Profile click the "Express Checkout" button to skip creating a User Profile. Without a user profile you will be required to enter your shipping information each time you place a new order.

Existing User

If you've already created a User Profile with a previous order, enter your e-mail address and your password to call up your profile.

New User

If you don't have any User Profile with Quick Profile, you can create one by just going through the checkout process. When you will come back for other purchases, you won't need to enter your shipping information again. Click the "Continue" button to create a new User Profile

Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you'd like to ship your order. GoldenAgeToys.com will ship anywhere within Canada and around the world. If your country is not listed, it means that we do not usually ship to your country. Please contact us to make necessary arrangements.

Profile Password

If you chose to create a new user profile, you will be asked to associate a password with your account--when you come back to GoldenAgeToys.com in the future, you can use the same shipping address and method of payment you provided during this first order. Make sure you write your password down somewhere, so you remember it the next time you place an order.

Select a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you'd like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. We'll estimate shipment and delivery dates for you on the order form. In some cases our system may not be able to calculate your shipping charges. In these cases we will calculate the charges manually and notify you by e-mail.

Select a Method of Payment

Next, let us know how you'd like to pay for your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal, International Money Orders and personal cheques. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes. If you are paying by cheque or money order your item will not be shipped until your payment has been received and has cleared.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy of all the information you provided, and make any necessary adjustments. When you're ready, click the "Proceed" button to submit your order. After you place your order, we'll send you a confirmation e-mail message. We'll send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment.

Track Your Order

If you'd like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, please e-mail our customer service department immediately. Once your order has been shipped you will be sent an e-mail and, if applicable, a Canada Post tracking number.
