If the stories are to be believed, Eternal Dragons live among the clouds; thriving in the chaos of a thunderstorm, frolicking in the destructive force of a hurricane. The reality, however, is much more dangerous. While any wild beast on its own - especially those on the epic scale of a dragon - may offer cause for feat, it is the fact that this particular breed is known to be the only class of dragon to be tamed by the steady hand of man - and nothing is more powerful, more destructive than when it is under the control of the hearts and minds of men.

The mighty Eternal Dragon, WindGard, is a prime example of this very point - serving at the behest of its master, the half-man/half-beas tyrant known as Tyr, the Dragon Rider. Fiercely protective of one another, Tyr and Windguard have a powerful bond formed in the heat of countless skirmishes. Now, as Tyr is set to embark on a dangerous quest to the very ends of the earth, that bond will be tested like never before.
