A Rebel Blockade Runner races toward Tatooine, carrying stolen plans of the Death Star battle station. Before the ship can reach its goal, it is captured by a Star Destroyer and boarded by the evil Darth Vader. The ship's captain pays the ultimate price for his defiance, and Princess Leia becomes a prisoner of the Empire when she refuses to reveal the location of the plans.
